Wow!!! This is one of the best books I have ever read on the presence of God. LOVE IT !!! I felt my hunger rising for Jesus after each chapter. The best thing is it's so practical and that's what you need the simplicity that is in Jesus yet it had so much depth and deepeness of God. You will fall more in Love with Jesus as you read. I even teared up because it touched me right in my heart as I had been praying just days before the book came out about increasing my prayer life. I finished it in one night. The Holy Spirit is such a vital part of our life and this book will challenge you and teach you all at the same time. I highly recommend you purchase this book and tell your friends and family, this book will be an awesome witnessing tool too. Better book than the Infertility Cure!

Everyone raves about the Infertility Cure. I read the Infertility Cure then Making Babies back-to-back and thought Making Babies was a far superior book. It is easier to follow and understand and provides more knowledge on dietary and lifestyle changes to support fertility. The authors also email you back within 30 minutes if you submit a question!!!

I am pregnant after 3 months!

My husband and I tried for years to get pregnant on our own without success. Finally, we turned to traditional (Western) fertility treatments. I was diagnosed with high FSH and my husband also had borderline low sperm count. We were told we would likely never achieve pregnancy "on our own." We were fortunate enough to get pregnant on our first round of IVF, and I was pregnant with fraternal twins. I gave birth at 31 weeks. My daughter was a stillborn and my son was a preemie and was in the NICU for five weeks. I don't regret anything I went through to have my son, but the experience was traumatic and I wish someone had told me all the risks before the IVF.

We tried for a second baby at the beginning of this year, again using IVF. This time it failed, and the doctor had no real explanation why. At that point, I decided to look for alternative advice before doing another IVF and that's when I found the Making Babies program. I fully intended to use the program to prepare my body for another IVF in 6-9 months. Imagine my surprise when I was pregnant at the end of three months!

I am now 20 weeks (having a girl!) and am recommending the book to everyone I know. It was very easy to understand and follow--and I had never done anything like this before. Following their advice, I felt better than I had in years, and I found that I LOVED doing acupuncture; I have continued it through my entire pregnancy because it has been so beneficial.

The book is at least worth a read--and you might end up saving thousands of dollars in the process. Thank you to Drs. David and Blakeway--you have changed my life!

*I just wanted to add an update: I had a healthy, full-term (a 41-weeker!) baby girl. No complications, no NICU, just a healthy baby and a happy momma. Thank you Making Babies!

The Curse of Eve is a collection of stories about women--women as lovers, girls, mothers, and daughters, women of hope, violence, voice, Mexico and the violence of hope. The Curse of Eve represents a first on two counts--the first full-length story collection from author Liliana Blum, and the first full-length book translation by Toshiya Kamei.

In his opening note, Kamei uses these words to describe Blum's fiction: 'foreboding,' 'tragic,' 'lighthearted,' 'dark,' and 'damned feminist.'

Foreboding, yes, as in the story of a mistress who meets Stalin's wife or when a modern-day Miss Marple attempts to solve the crime of infidelity. Tragic, when women describe their struggles to learn the touch of a man and others who learn it too soon. Lighthearted...in the case of one women's chance meeting with Ron Jeremy. Blum deftly renders each woman in her own state of personal trauma. About the Author
Liliana V. Blum was born in Durango, Mexico, in 1974. She is the author of The Curse of Eve and Other Stories, forthcoming from Host Publications. English translations of her stories have appeared in various literary journals, including Eclectica, Mslexia, storySouth, and Blackbird. She received her bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Kansas and her master's degree from Tec de Monterey. Blum has lived in Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas since 1997.

This highly rated manual, covers just about every practical and tangible theoretical introduction to the full design and/up to implementation cycle of MH projects, all in about 370 pages. It is important that it was written and amply illustrated not only with detailed schematics, but also with actual pictures from original installations in developing countries, which makes a viable aid in comprehending the "actual picture". The chapters covered detail a syllabus in: Components and Design of an MH Scheme, Cost benefit estimations, Hydrology and site survey, Flow prediction, Civil works and operational parts (all aspects from Weirs to Penstocks), Commercial engineering, Turbines (including reverse pumps), Governing, Drive systems, a very thorough presentation of the -cumbersome- Electrical Power System aspects, along with Operational, Maintenance, Financial and Commissioning aspects. Should there be something more for an engineer to wish for, would be more info on turbines -something you would expect to find in a specialized book on the subject anyway.
