Dominating Style

Great book. I have been on the brink of a tennis championship at my club more than once....and failed every time. I completed the program in the 60 days as suggested by the author. It helped me earn my first tournament title win. I have read many, many tennis books and had countless lessons and none helped me the way the conditioning routines found in this book helped me. I've stepped up my game and now have the edge I have been looking for. I look forward to going through this program at least twice each year. Thank you!

Wow - better than lessons!

Fantastic program! Writing is great - pictures make the training programs really easy to follow. I felt stronger and my game improved immediately. The books is saving me a ton of money, because with the book I no longer needs lessons - my game is improving every day - I see a championship in my future...

This book, unlike many others, is a very practical and easy-to-follow guide to bettering your tennis.
Many other books will get put to the side, but this one you can put into action. If you follow the guide, you will see improvement. Period.
